Returns and Refunds.

Hello, wonderful customer! At kreisdesigns, we put our heart into crafting unique meaningful pieces just for you. Every piece at kreisdesigns is crafted with care, and your satisfaction is our top priority. Please keep in mind that our pieces are unique, so there might be some variations or deviations from the exact photo on the website. As a small boutique, we truly appreciate your understanding and support.

With that said, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, so here’s our easy and friendly return and refund policy:

1. Return Eligibility

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, or if there’s any damage, you can notify us within 14 calendar days of delivery and 30 calendar days to return your purchase. To help us expedite the process, please include photos of the item and email us at returns@kreisdesigns.com. The item must be in its original condition and unused.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Returning an item is simple:

1. Send us an email at returns@kreisdesigns.com with your order number, the reason for your return,
and photos if the product was damaged upon receipt.

2. We’ll send you a prepaid return label via email.

3. Pack up your item securely and send it back to us.

3. Return Shipping Costs

No need to worry about return shipping costs! We’ll send you a prepaid return label to make the process as smooth as possible.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and process your refund within 10 days. kreisdesigns reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet our requirements. If your return is not accepted, it can be sent back to you at your own expense and no refund will be issued. If your refund is accepted, here’s what you can expect:

• You’ll receive an email notification once your refund is processed.

• The refund will be applied to your original method of payment

NOTE: Returns postmarked outside of the 30 days return policy are ineligible for a refund but can be processed for an online store credit.

5. Exchanges

We do accept exchanges. To ensure a smooth process, we kindly ask that you be thoughtful about your exchange request. Items must be in their original condition and unused. When reaching out to us at returns@kreisdesigns.com, please include why you’d like to exchange the item, and a representative will assist you with the next steps.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re here to make it right. Please take photos and send the information to returns@kreisdesigns.com within 3 days of receipt. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.
